Dear Frank,
24 years ago we were blessed with your presence on earth. 4 years ago
I was blessed with your love, your compassion and your sense of humor.
Today I am blessed with so many wonderful memories of you that I will
hold in my heart forever.
Until you I've never met anyone with such passion, such integrity and
this overwhelming desire to help others. Anyone who knew you would
agree that you'd go to extended lengths to help anyone who needed it.
You've touched so many, and asked for so little. You filled a hole in
my heart after the loss of my mother. You gave me a future, you gave
me strength but most of all you gave me your love.
Your mom made a comment that I feel describes you to a tee. She said
that you felt there was never enough hours in a day to do everything
you wanted to do, and that to you sleep was a waste of time. You've
done more in your 24 years you were alive that most people would do in
a lifetime.
You've had many interests and accomplishments that you should be proud
of. The first was your love of hockey. Even though you spent many a
time in the penalty box, maybe that's why your favorite player was Ken
Baumgartner. The next was achieving your private pilots license, which
you achieved and received with honors. Then came your love of guitars.
Last but not least was fishing. I remember spending almost an entire
winter ice fishing with you. You use to get so frustrated that you
never caught anything, until that one weekend you pulled out a 22
pound Lincaude, and how there never seemed to be an ending to that
fish. I remember the expression on your families face when we brought
that fish home and tried to fit it into your sink. I guess you were
waiting for the big one.
You brought a lot of laughter to those who knew you. You will be in
our hearts and memories forever. I love you very much!!
