years more and more popular - especially here in Canada, where the long
cold winters motivate over 10% of the active anglers to fish through the
ice - and the number is increasing. Hey... All those fish you are after
in the summer, are still here in the winter. |

Safety is an
important consideration when you're ice fishing, for two primary
reasons:
- Ice conditions can change almost as
quickly as weather conditions and
- A cold day can be a heck of a lot
colder when you're standing in the middle of a frozen lake without
cover.
